Common use of Volunteer Assignment Clause in Contracts

Volunteer Assignment. I agree to serve as VOLUNTEER FOR THE 2018 HNBA CORPORATE COUNSEL CONFERENCE, assisting the Hispanic National Bar Association (“HNBA”) from March 14-18, 2018, at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square Hotel. In my capacity as a Volunteer, I agree to perform the duties that the HNBA will assign to me.

Volunteer Assignment. I agree to serve as VOLUNTEER FOR THE 2018 HNBA CORPORATE COUNSEL CONFERENCEANNUAL CONVENTION, assisting the Hispanic National Bar Association (“HNBA”) from March 14-18September 25–29, 20182019, at the New York Midtown Hilton San Francisco Union Square Hotel. In my capacity as a Volunteer, I agree to be available and perform the duties that the HNBA will assign to me.
