Volunteer Service Sample Clauses

The Volunteer Service clause defines the terms under which individuals provide services to an organization without receiving compensation. It typically clarifies that volunteers are not considered employees, outlines the scope of permissible activities, and may address issues such as liability, confidentiality, and the duration of service. By establishing clear boundaries and expectations, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings regarding employment status and legal obligations, ensuring both the organization and the volunteer understand their respective rights and responsibilities.
