Common use of Voting by Chair Clause in Contracts

Voting by Chair. ‌ (a) A Chair designated pursuant to subsection 5.1(a) is not entitled to a second or casting vote. (b) A Chair appointed pursuant to subsection 5.1(b) is not entitled to a vote at any duly called and constituted meeting of the Board of Trustees.
