Common use of Voting Members Clause in Contracts

Voting Members. The arrangements for appointing the voting membership of the Integration Joint Board are that:-  Each Party shall appoint four voting representatives.  The Integration Joint Board will consider nominations for additional non-voting members in accordance with the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Integration Joint Boards) (Scotland Order 2014 - Article 3(8).

Voting Members. The arrangements for appointing the voting membership of the Integration Joint Board are that:-  Each Party that: ▪ Both Parties shall appoint four voting representatives.  The Integration Joint Board ▪ Additional co-opted members will consider nominations for additional non-not have voting members status, but will represent the range of stakeholders as indicated in accordance with the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Integration Joint Boards) (Scotland Scotland) Order 2014 - Article 3(8)2014. Non-voting members will be drawn from health and social care professionals, employees, the third sector, service users, and carers.
