Voting rules. The quorum for Joint Steering Committee meetings shall be two (2) members, provided there are at least one (1) member from each of ▇▇▇▇▇ and Takeda present. The Joint Steering Committee will render decisions by unanimous vote. The members of the Joint Steering Committee shall act in good faith to cooperate with one another and to reach agreement with respect to issues to be decided by the Joint Steering Committee.
