Common use of Voting Trust Certificates Clause in Contracts

Voting Trust Certificates. 14.01. The Voting Trustees shall issue from time to time in respect of the Shares of the Corporation, Voting Trust Certificates for a like number of Shares of the Corporation. The Voting Trust Certificates shall incorporate or refer to this Agreement and shall be registered in the name of the Shareholder or in such name as the Shareholder shall specify in writing. 14.02. The Voting Trust Certificates shall be in a form approved by the Voting Trustees and shall be signed by the Voting Trustees. Subject to approval by DSS, the Voting Trust Certificates may be transferred by the Voting Trustees in accordance with rules established for that purpose by the voting Trustees and in accordance with this Agreement.
