Common use of VPN Access Clause in Contracts

VPN Access. The Company agrees to conduct background checks, as set out below, on all employees, contractors, and subcontractors (collectively, "Company Personnel") who will have access to Authority IT Infrastructure, whether directly or remotely. These background checks must be completed prior to granting such access and must be updated annually thereafter. The foregoing is subject to applicable Law.
