VPN Device Clause Samples

The VPN Device clause defines the requirements and responsibilities related to the provision, use, and maintenance of Virtual Private Network (VPN) hardware or software within a contractual relationship. Typically, this clause specifies which party is responsible for supplying the VPN device, outlines any necessary security standards, and may address issues such as installation, support, and return of the device upon contract termination. Its core function is to ensure secure remote access to a network while clearly allocating responsibility for the VPN device, thereby reducing security risks and potential disputes over equipment management.
