(In hiring inexperienced employees in the above classifications, it is mutually understood that the Dealer may, for a period of thirty (30) days only, pay hourly rates below those set forth herein.) (In hiring experienced employees, the above rates shall prevail.) Section 2. Any employee who received more than the wage scale set forth in the previous contract, shall suffer no reduction in pay and shall be given an increase of 30$ per hour on August 1,1985; an addi­ tional 30$ per hour on August 1,1986; and an addi­ tional 30$ per hour on August 1,1987. Section 3. The Dealer reserves the right to employ flat rate or other incentive systems of work on any of the foregoing classifications.
