Wage Ranges. Wages for the 2016-2017 fiscal year shall be as shown in Appendix A. Limited Contract Reopeners: For the 2017-2018, 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 contract years, the parties agree to a limited financial reopener to bargain wages, insurance cap and step advancement. In addition, the parties will review and discuss anticipated work days for each of those years.
