WAGE RATES AND WORK CLASSIFICATIONS. 21.01 Minimum wage rates and work classifications for the employees shall be as set forth in Appendix "A" attached hereto and becoming part of this Agreement. If, however, the Employer decides to pay a higher wage rate for a person in any classification in Appendix “A” it shall apply to all employees in the classification. For employees that are overscale at ratification, this language will not apply.
