Wages on Day of Accident Clause Samples

The "Wages on Day of Accident" clause establishes the employer's obligation to pay an employee their regular wages for the day on which a workplace accident occurs. Typically, this means that if an employee is injured during their shift, they are entitled to receive full pay for the hours they would have worked on that day, regardless of when the accident happened. This clause ensures that employees are not financially penalized for accidents at work, providing immediate wage protection and supporting fair treatment in the event of workplace injuries.
