Wait Lists Sample Clauses

The Wait Lists clause establishes the procedures and rules for managing situations where demand for a product, service, or event exceeds available capacity. Typically, it outlines how individuals or entities are added to a wait list, the order in which they may be offered available spots, and any requirements for notification or response. This clause ensures a fair and transparent process for allocating limited resources, helping to manage expectations and reduce disputes over access.
