Common use of Waiting List Clause in Contracts

Waiting List. On a first come first served basis, BellSouth will maintain a waiting list of requesting carriers who have either received a Denial of Application or, where it is publicly known that the central office premises is out of space, have submitted a Letter of Intent to collocate. BellSouth will notify the telecommunications carriers on the waiting list when space becomes available according to how much space becomes available and the position of telecommunications carrier on said waiting list. Upon request BellSouth will advise COMPASS as to its position on the list.
