Common use of Waiver by Tenant of Certain Remedies Clause in Contracts

Waiver by Tenant of Certain Remedies. Tenant waives the provisions of Sections 1932(1), 1941 and 1942 of the California Civil Code and/or any similar or successor law regarding Tenant's right to terminate this Lease or to make repairs and deduct the expenses of such repairs from the rent due under the Lease.
