The terms and conditions of Sections 8.1 and 8.2 are inserted for the sole benefit of the Administrative Agent and the Lenders and may be waived by the Majority Lenders in respect of an Accommodation under the Syndicated Facility, or the Operating Lender in respect of an Accommodation under the Operating Facility, in whole or in part with or without terms or conditions, in respect of all or 9617679.9 any portion of a Borrowing, without affecting the right of the Administrative Agent or the Lenders to assert such terms and conditions in whole or in part in respect of any other Borrowing.
