Common use of Waiver of any Condition Precedent Clause in Contracts

Waiver of any Condition Precedent. The conditions stated in Section 11.1 and Section 11.2 are inserted for the sole benefit of the Lender and the conditions stated therein may only be waived by the Lender, and any such waiver may be made in whole or in part, with or without terms or conditions and in respect of all or any portion of the Advances, without affecting the right of the Lender to assert terms and conditions in whole or in part in respect of any other future Advance.
