Waiver of Certain Laws. Guarantor hereby expressly waives the provisions of: (a) Chapter 43 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code, and (b) Rule 31 of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, to the extent such laws (or any them) are applicable to the Guaranty, or any other agreements or obligations of Guarantor to Holder.
