Waiver of Conflicts Regarding Representation. Recognizing that ▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ LLP (“▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇”) has acted as legal counsel to the Seller and the Company prior to the Closing, and that ▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ intends to act as counsel to the Seller after the Closing, the Company hereby waives, on its own behalf any conflicts that may arise in connection with ▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ representing the Seller after the Closing.
