Common use of Waiver of Immunity Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Immunity. To the extent that the Company has or hereafter may acquire any immunity (sovereign or otherwise) from any legal action, suit or proceeding, from jurisdiction of any court or from set-off or any legal process (whether service or notice, attachment in aid or otherwise) with respect to itself or any of its property, the Company hereby irrevocably waives and agrees not to plead or claim such immunity in respect of its obligations under this Agreement.

To the extent that the Company has or hereafter may acquire any immunity (sovereign or otherwise) from any legal action, suit or proceeding, from jurisdiction of any court or from set-off or any legal process (whether service or notice, attachment in aid or otherwise) with respect to itself or any of its property, the Company hereby irrevocably waives to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and agrees not to plead or claim such immunity in respect of its obligations under this Agreement.

Waiver of Immunity. To the extent that the Company has or hereafter may acquire any immunity (sovereign or otherwise) from any legal action, suit or proceeding, from jurisdiction of any court or from set-off or any legal process (whether service or notice, attachment in aid or otherwise) with respect to itself or any of its property, the Company hereby irrevocably waives and agrees not to plead or claim such immunity in respect of its obligations under this International Underwriting Agreement.

Waiver of Immunity. To the extent that the Company has or hereafter may acquire any immunity (sovereign or otherwise) from any legal action, suit or proceeding, from jurisdiction of any court or from set-off or any legal process (whether through service or of notice, attachment prior to judgement, attachment in aid of execution, 12 execution or otherwise) with respect to itself or any of its property, the Company it hereby irrevocably waives and agrees not to plead or claim such immunity in respect of its their obligations under this AgreementAgreement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the extent that the Company and each Subsidiary Guarantor has or hereafter may acquire any immunity (sovereign or otherwise) from any legal action, suit or proceeding, from jurisdiction of any court or from set-off or any legal process (whether service or notice, attachment in aid or otherwise) with respect to itself or any of its property, the Company and each Subsidiary Guarantor hereby irrevocably waives and agrees not to plead or claim such immunity in respect of its obligations under this Agreement.

To the extent that the Company has may in any jurisdiction claim for itself or hereafter may acquire any its assets immunity from suit, execution, attachment (sovereign whether in aid of execution, before judgment or otherwise) from any legal action, suit or proceeding, from jurisdiction of any court or from set-off or any other legal process (whether service or notice, attachment and to the extent that in aid or otherwise) with respect any such jurisdiction there may be attributed to itself or any of its propertyassets such immunity (whether or not claimed), the Company hereby irrevocably waives and agrees not to plead or claim and irrevocably waives such immunity in respect to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of its obligations under this Agreementthat jurisdiction.

To the extent that the Company has or hereafter may acquire be entitled to claim or may acquire, for itself or any of its assets, any immunity (sovereign or otherwise) from any legal actionsuit, suit or proceeding, from jurisdiction of any court or from set-off or any legal process (whether through service or notice, attachment prior to judgment, attachment in aid of execution, or otherwise) with respect to itself or any of its property, the Company hereby irrevocably waives and agrees not to plead or claim such immunity in respect of its obligations under this Agreementhereunder to the fullest extent permitted by law.
