Waiver of Inconsistent Provisions of Law; Severability. To the extent permitted by applicable law and ethical requirements, each Party and each Settling Plaintiff, Settling Unfiled Claimant and Settling Additional Plaintiff waives any provision of law (including the common law), which renders any provision of this Agreement or Release invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect.
