Waiver of recourse. Unless Contractor and JBE mutually agree in writing to other time limits, if Contractor fails to timely submit any written notices or take any actions required by the provisions in this Disputes and Claims section, Contractor hereby waives and releases its rights regarding further review of or recourse for the Dispute or Claim, as applicable.
