Common use of Waiver of recourse Clause in Contracts

Waiver of recourse. If one of the parties to this Agreement fails to exercise a right resulting under this Agreement or any Contractual Document or exercises the said right late, this will not constitute a waiver of the exercise of this right and will not prevent the party concerned from exercising this right in the future.
