Common use of Waiver of Rules Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Rules. Landlord may waive any one or more of these Project Rules for the benefit of any particular tenant or tenants, but no such waiver by Landlord will be construed as a waiver of such Project Rules in favor of any other tenant or tenants or prevent Landlord from thereafter enforcing these Project Rules against any or all of the tenants of the Project.
