Common use of Waiver of Subrogation and Additional Insured Endorsements Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Subrogation and Additional Insured Endorsements. For the commercial general liability insurance coverage referenced in 2.7(b)(1) and, for the comprehensive automobile liability insurance coverage referenced in 2.7(b)(3) where the vehicles are covered by a commercial policy rather than a personal policy, CONTRACTOR shall also file with the evidence of coverage an endorsement from the insurance provider naming COUNTY, its officers, employees, agents and volunteers as additional insureds and waiving subrogation. For the Workers Compensation insurance coverage, CONTRACTOR shall file with the evidence of coverage an endorsement waiving subrogation.
