Common use of Waiver of Subrogation, Reimbursement and Contribution Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Subrogation, Reimbursement and Contribution. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Guarantor hereby unconditionally and irrevocably waives, releases and abrogates, so long as the Indebtedness remains outstanding, any and all rights it may now or hereafter have under any agreement, at law or in equity (including any law subrogating the Guarantor to the rights of Lender), to assert any claim against or seek contribution, indemnification or any other form of reimbursement from Borrower or any other Person liable for payment of any or all of the Guaranteed Obligations for any payment made by Guarantor under or in connection with this Guaranty or otherwise.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained hereinin this Guaranty, so long as any portion of the Obligations or the Guaranteed Obligations remains outstanding, Guarantor hereby unconditionally and irrevocably waives, releases releases, abrogates and abrogates, so long as the Indebtedness remains outstanding, subordinates pursuant to Article 4 any and all rights it may now or hereafter have under any agreement, at law or in equity (including including, without limitation, any law subrogating the Guarantor to the rights of Lender), to assert any claim against or seek contribution, indemnification or any other form of reimbursement from Borrower or any other Person liable for payment of any or all of the Guaranteed Obligations for any payment made by Guarantor under or in connection with this Guaranty or otherwise.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained hereinin this Guaranty, until such time as all Obligations have been paid in full and are not subject to disgorgement by Lender or return or set aside thereof, Guarantor hereby unconditionally and irrevocably waives, releases and abrogates, so long as the Indebtedness remains outstanding, abrogates any and all rights it may now or hereafter have under any agreement, at law or in equity (including including, without limitation, any law subrogating the Guarantor to the rights of Lender), to assert any claim against or seek contribution, indemnification or any other form of reimbursement from Borrower or any other Person party liable for payment of any or all of the Guaranteed Obligations for any payment made by Guarantor under or in connection with this Guaranty or otherwise.
