Common use of Waiver of Subrogation Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Subrogation. All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor pursuant to this Article 20 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder against, inter alia, the Authority, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

Waiver of Subrogation. All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Concessionaire pursuant to this Article 20 26 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder against, inter alia, the Authority, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliatesaffiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

Waiver of Subrogation. All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Concessionaire pursuant to this Article 20 32 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder against, inter alia, the Authority, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliatesaffiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Concessionaire pursuant to this Article 20 28 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder against, inter alia, the Authority, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliatesaffiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Concessionaire pursuant to this Article 20 27 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder against, inter alia, the Authority, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliatesaffiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

Waiver of Subrogation. from All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Concessionaire pursuant to this Article 20 32 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder against, inter alia, the Authority, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliatesaffiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

Waiver of Subrogation. 22.5.1 All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Concessionaire pursuant to this Article 20 22 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder against, inter alia, the AuthorityMaha-Metro, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliatesaffiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Concessionaire pursuant to this Article 20 29 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder against, inter alia, the Authority, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor pursuant to this Article 20 18 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder against, inter alia, the Authority, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

Waiver of Subrogation. All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Seller pursuant to this Article 20 14 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder against, inter alia, the AuthorityCEB, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliatesaffiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

Waiver of Subrogation. All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor pursuant to this Article 20 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder there under against, inter alia, the Authority, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Licensee pursuant to this Article 20 26 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder against, inter alia, the AuthorityLicensor, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliatesaffiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

Waiver of Subrogation. All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Concessionaire pursuant to this Article 20 21 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder against, inter alia, the Authority, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliatesaffiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

Waiver of Subrogation. 21.6.1 All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Concessionaire pursuant to this Article 20 ARTICLE 21 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder against, inter alia, the Authority, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliatesaffiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

Waiver of Subrogation. All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Concessionaire pursuant to this Article 20 26 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder against, inter alia, the Authority, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliatesaffiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-set- off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

Waiver of Subrogation. All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Concessionaire pursuant to this Article 20 26 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder there under against, inter alia, the AuthorityMOR, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliatesaffiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

Waiver of Subrogation. All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Implementation Agency pursuant to this Article 20 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder there under against, inter alia, the Authority, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliatesaffiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-set- off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insuranceinsurances.

Waiver of Subrogation. 17.4.1. All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Concessionaire pursuant to this Article 20 17 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder against, inter alia, the Authority, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliatesaffiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

Waiver of Subrogation. 21.6.1 All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Concessionaire pursuant to this Article 20 0 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder against, inter alia, the Authority, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliatesaffiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor pursuant to this Article 20 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder against, inter alia, the AuthorityEmployer, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Operator pursuant to this Article 20 25 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder against, inter alia, the Authority, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliatesaffiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Concessionaire pursuant to this Article 20 31 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder there under against, inter alia, the Authority, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliatesaffiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Operator pursuant to this Article 20 25 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder there under against, inter alia, the Authority, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliatesaffiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

Waiver of Subrogation. All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Concessionaire pursuant to this Article 20 25 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder against, inter alia, the Authority, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliatesaffiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, underwriters and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

Waiver of Subrogation. 1.45.1 All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Lessee pursuant to this Article 20 article shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder there under against, inter alia, the Authority, DOT and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliatesaffiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, underwriters and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, otherwise in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of or insurance.

Waiver of Subrogation. All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Service Provider pursuant to this Article 20 17 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder against, inter alia, the Authority, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliatesaffiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

Waiver of Subrogation. All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Developer pursuant to this Article 20 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder against, inter alia, the AuthorityClient, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliatesaffiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

Waiver of Subrogation. All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Mine Operator pursuant to this Article 20 32 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder against, inter alia, the Authority, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliatesaffiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

Waiver of Subrogation. All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Concessionaire pursuant to this Article 20 29 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder there under against, inter alia, the AuthorityMOR, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliatesaffiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

Waiver of Subrogation. All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor pursuant to this Article 20 14 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder against, inter alia, the Authority, and its assigns, successors, ,undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliatesaffiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

Waiver of Subrogation. All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Concessionaire pursuant to this Article 20 28 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder there under against, inter alia, the Authority, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliatesaffiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to insurersto any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

Waiver of Subrogation. All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Supplier pursuant to this Article 20 15 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder against, inter alia, the AuthorityUtility, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliatesaffiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Concessionaire pursuant to this Article 20 Article29 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder against, inter alia, the Authority, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Concessionaire pursuant to this Article 20 24 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder against, inter alia, the Authority, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliatesaffiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Concessionaire pursuant to this Article 20 25 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder against, inter alia, the Authority, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliatesaffiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor pursuant to this Article 20 14 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder against, inter alia, the Authority, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliatesaffiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Agency pursuant to this Article 20 15 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder against, inter alia, the Authority, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliatesaffiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Operator pursuant to this Article 20 19 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder against, inter alia, the Authority, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliatesaffiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Concessionaire pursuant to this Article 20 29 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder against, inter alia, the Authority, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliatesaffiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Lessee pursuant to this Article 20 22 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder against, inter alia, the AuthorityLessor, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliatesaffiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

Waiver of Subrogation. All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Concessionaire pursuant to this Article 20 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder against, inter alia, the Concessioning Authority, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliatesaffiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

Waiver of Subrogation. 24.5.1 All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Concessionaire pursuant to this Article 20 24 shall include a waiver of any and all rights right of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder against, inter alia, the AuthorityULB, and its assigns, successorssuccessor, undertakings underrating and their subsidiaries, Affiliatesaffiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, underwriters and of any right of the insurers to of any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

Waiver of Subrogation. All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Concessionaire pursuant to this Article 20 22 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder against, inter alia, the Authority, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliatesaffiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Lessee pursuant to this Article 20 17 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder against, inter alia, the Authority, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Agency pursuant to this Article 20 17 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder against, inter alia, the AuthorityCGM , and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliatesaffiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.

All insurance policies in respect of the insurance obtained by the Contractor Concessionaire pursuant to this Article 20 21 shall include a waiver of any and all rights of subrogation or recovery of the insurers thereunder against, inter alia, the Authority, and its assigns, successors, undertakings and their subsidiaries, Affiliates, employees, insurers and underwriters, and of any right of the insurers to any set-off or counterclaim or any other deduction, whether by attachment or otherwise, in respect of any liability of any such person insured under any such policy or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by such policies of insurance.
