Common use of Waiver Procedure Clause in Contracts

Waiver Procedure. Should either party desire to change, modify or alter any provision of the Master Contract, the following steps shall be taken. 1. Petition for waiver shall be made in writing by the initiating party to the receiving party. 2. Documentation of the need for waiver shall be included in the petition for waiver. 3. Petitions for waiver shall be submitted by the Superintendent and the Association President to the respective parties for ratification. 4. No implementation of such waivers shall occur until ratified by both parties.
