Waivers / Overdrafts. Any waiver by us must be in writing to be effective. Our waiver of any right will not be deemed a waiver of other rights or of the same right at another time. Our practice of allowing overdrafts will not obligate us to continue the practice at a later date. We my discontinue permitting overdrafts at any time and without prior notice. A waiver by the Bank or you of any term or provision shall not be construed as a waiver of such term or provision at any other time, or of any term or provision. Any waiver (express or implied) by either party of any default or breach of this Agreement must be in writing and shall not constitute a waiver of any other or subsequent default or breach. No course of dealing between us and you will constitute a modification of this Agreement, including but not limited to the security procedures set forth herein, or constitute an agreement between us and you regardless of whatever practices and procedures we and you may use.
