Waiving Breaks. The employee cannot choose to waive the rest break and add the rest break time to lunch breaks.

Related to Waiving Breaks

  • Waiver of Breach The waiver by either party of the breach of any provision of this Agreement shall not operate or be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach by either party.

  • No Waiver of Breach The waiver by County of any breach of any term or promise contained in this Agreement shall not be deemed to be a waiver of such term or provision or any subsequent breach of the same or any other term or promise contained in this Agreement.

  • Tea Breaks (a) Every employee will be entitled to a paid 10 minute tea break in each four hours worked at a time to be agreed between the employee and employer. (b) Subject to agreement between the employer and employee, such breaks may alternatively be taken as one 20 minute tea break. (c) ▇▇▇ breaks will count as time worked.

  • Non-Waiver of Breach The waiver by any party hereto of the other party’s prompt and complete performance, or breach or violation, of any term or provision of this Agreement shall be effected solely in a writing signed by such party, and shall not operate nor be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach or violation, and the waiver by any party hereto to exercise any right or remedy which he or it may possess shall not operate nor be construed as the waiver of such right or remedy by such party, or as a bar to the exercise of such right or remedy by such party, upon the occurrence of any subsequent breach or violation.

  • Coffee Breaks The Company will provide two (2) fifteen (15) minute coffee breaks during each work day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
