Warehouse Change Clause Samples

The Warehouse Change clause establishes the terms under which a party may alter the designated storage location for goods during the course of a contract. Typically, this clause outlines the process for notifying the other party of a change, any conditions or limitations on such changes, and the responsibilities for costs or risks associated with moving goods to a new warehouse. By clearly defining how and when warehouse changes can occur, this clause helps prevent disputes and ensures that both parties are aware of their obligations and the logistics involved in storing goods.
