Common use of Warehouse Lease Clause in Contracts

Warehouse Lease. 1.2.1 Party A agrees to lease the 3 warehouses of 110 m2 of building area in the 2nd underground floor of Vision Center during the lease term hereunder to address business needs of Party B. 1.2.2 The warehouse rent is RMB * yuan/month/ m2 of building area without property management fee.
