Warnings for Covered Products. 3.4.1. Warning Option. A Covered Product purchased, imported, Manufactured or sold or offered for sale by Benetton may, as an alternative to meeting the Lead Limits and other requirements set forth in Sections 3.1, 3.2, and 3.3, be sold or offered for retail sale in California with a Clear and Reasonable Warning that complies with the provisions of Section 3.4.1. A Clear and Reasonable Warning may only be provided for Covered Products that Benetton reasonably believes do not meet the Lead Limits.

  • Procurement of Recovered Materials In the performance of this contract, the Contractor shall make maximum use of products containing recovered materials that are EPA-designated items unless the product cannot be acquired

  • API If the Software offers integration capabilities via an API, your use of the API may be subject to additional costs or Sage specific policies and terms and conditions (which shall prevail in relation to your use of the API). You may not access or use the API in any way that could cause damage to us or the Software, or in contravention of any applicable laws.
