Common use of Warrant Registration Clause in Contracts

Warrant Registration. The Company agrees to maintain, at its principal office, books for the registration and transfer of the Warrant. Until transfer on the books of the Company, the Company may treat the registered holder of this Warrant as the owner hereof for all purposes.
