Warrantholder not a Shareholder. Nothing in this Agreement or in the holding of a Warrant evidenced by a Warrant Certificate, or otherwise, is intended or will be construed as conferring on any Warrantholder any right or interest whatsoever as a shareholder of the Corporation, including to any right to vote at, to receive notice of, or to attend any meeting of shareholders or any other proceeding of the Corporation or any right to receive any dividend or other distribution to which the shareholders of the Corporation may be entitled.
