Warrantholder not a Shareholder. Nothing in this Indenture or in the holding of a Warrant itself evidenced by a Warrant Certificate, or otherwise, shall be construed as conferring upon a Warrantholder any right or interest whatsoever as a shareholder of the Company, including, but not limited to, the right to vote at, to receive notice of, or to attend meetings of shareholders or any other proceedings of the Company, or the right to receive dividends and other distributions except as may be provided herein or in the Warrant Certificate.
