Common use of WARRANTHOLDER REGISTRY Clause in Contracts

WARRANTHOLDER REGISTRY. The Company shall maintain a registry showing the name and address of the Warrantholder of this Agreement, the number of Warrants, which at any time are outstanding, as well as the Exercise Price and scheduled expiry of such Warrants. Warrantholder’s initial address, for purposes of such registry, is set forth in Section 11(d) below. Warrantholder may change such address by giving written notice of such changed address to the Company in accordance with the requirements of Section 11(d).
