Common use of Warranty and Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Warranty and Maintenance. Contractor must ensure warranty service and maintenance for all equipment, including third party products provided. The Contractor must facilitate the Manufacturer or Publisher warranty and maintenance of third party products furnished through the Master Agreement. The Contractor shall provide the warranty service and maintenance for equipment and all peripherals on the Master Agreement.
