Warranty Claims Procedure. User shall ship the product to ASCO freight prepaid. ASCO products shipped without a return authorization number will be refused and returned freight collect to User at User's expense. ASCO products shipped by User which have incurred freight damage due to User's improper packaging of the product will not be covered by this Warranty and any repairs or replacement parts, components or products needed will be invoiced in the full current price amount and returned freight collect to User. Subject to the limitations specified herein, ASCO will repair or replace, at its option, without charge for materials, subsequent to its inspection and F.O.B. ASCO's facility, the product shipped to ASCO with a return authorization number and warranted hereunder which does not conform to this Warranty. If replacement parts, components or products are shipped or caused to be shipped by ASCO prior to inspection of the product claimed to be defective, the replacement parts, components or products shall be invoiced in the full current price amount and shipped freight collect F.O.B. ASCO's facility. If ASCO’s inspection determines that the returned item(s) is covered by this warranty, User will be issued a credit in an amount equal to the price previously invoiced. Warranty coverage will be provided only after ASCO's inspection discloses the claimed defect and shows no signs of treatment or use which would void the coverage of this Warranty. All defective products and component parts replaced under this warranty become the property of ASCO.

User Such notice shall ship be given to Company during the product to ASCO freight prepaid. In no event shall the limited warranty on Coatings extend beyond thirty (30) years from the date that the Coating was applied to the Substrate. Company shall review each such claim and, as applicable, be covered by this Warranty and any repairs given the opportunity to directly or replacement partsthrough an agent, inspect the Materials in SPECIMEN question. No components or products needed materials shall be returned to Company without Company’s prior approval. Following its review, Company will evaluate the Materials to determine if to Company’s reasonable satisfaction there is indeed an actionable warranty claim and, if so, how Company wishes to remedy the same. During the limited warranty period for the Material’s Coating, Company will, at Company’s sole and absolute option and discretion and subject to any limitations stated elsewhere within this limited warranty, if any, (i) repair, (ii) repaint, or (iii) replace those portions of the Materials demonstrating a warranted condition. Refunds are not available. Any repaired, repainted, corrected, or replaced Materials shall be invoiced in the full current price amount and returned freight collect to User. Following its review, Company will evaluate the System to determine if to Company’s reasonable satisfaction there is indeed an actionable warranty claim and, if so, how Company wishes to remedy the same. During a covered System’s respective limited warranty period, Company will, at Company’s sole and shows no signs absolute option and discretion and subject to any limitations stated elsewhere within this limited warranty, if any, (1) repair or correct the defective System in whole or in part or (2) replace the defective System in whole or in part. Such repair or replacement shall be performed by Company or at Company’s direction without charge to Customer for both the material and labor costs associated with the repair and removal of treatment such defective material and installation of replacement materials. Refunds are not available. Any repaired, corrected, or use which would void replaced Systems shall be subject to the coverage Limited Warranty set forth to the duration of this Warrantythe original limited warranty period as set forth in Exhibit A and not for any extended duration, following their repair, correction, or replacement. All defective products and component parts replaced If Company has received notification from Customer of a potential claim under this warranty become limited warranty, and no warranted defects of the property System could be discovered, Customer may bear the costs that Company incurred as a result of ASCOinvestigating such notice in Company’s sole and absolute discretion.

Warranty Claims Procedure. In all other instances, User shall contact Liebert at ▇- (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ (543-2378), within the above thirty (30) day time period, and request a return authorization number. User shall ship the product to ASCO freight prepaid. ASCO Liebert products shipped to Liebert without a return authorization number will be refused and returned freight collect to User at User's expense. ASCO Liebert products shipped by User to Liebert which have incurred freight damage due to User's improper packaging of the product will not be covered by this Warranty and any repairs or replacement parts, components or products needed will be invoiced in the full current price amount and returned freight collect to User. Subject to the limitations specified herein, ASCO Liebert will repair or replace, at its option, without charge for materials, subsequent to its inspection and F.O.B. ASCO's ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ facility, the Liebert product shipped to ASCO Liebert with a return authorization number and warranted hereunder which does not conform to this Warranty. If replacement parts, components or products are shipped or caused to be shipped by ASCO Liebert prior to inspection of the product claimed to be defective, the replacement parts, components or products shall be invoiced in the full current price amount and shipped freight collect F.O.B. ASCOLiebert's facility. If ASCO’s ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ inspection determines that the returned item(s) is covered by this warranty, User will be issued a credit in an amount equal to the price previously invoiced. Warranty coverage will be provided only after ASCO's ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ inspection discloses the claimed defect and shows no signs of treatment or use which would void the coverage of this Warranty. Replacement products shipped to User prior to User's shipment of the claimed defective product to Liebert shall be invoiced in the full current price amount should User fail to return the claimed defective product to Liebert within thirty (30) days of receipt of the replacement product. All defective products and component parts replaced under this warranty Warranty become the property of ASCOLiebert.

User shall ship the product Avtron products shipped to ASCO freight prepaid. ASCO products shipped without a return authorization number will may be refused and returned freight collect to User at User's expense. ASCO Avtron products shipped by User to ASCO which have incurred freight damage due to User's improper packaging of the product will not be covered by this Warranty and any repairs or replacement parts, components or products needed will be invoiced in the full current price amount and returned freight collect to User. Subject to the limitations specified herein, ASCO will repair or replace, at its option, without charge for materials, subsequent to its inspection and F.O.B. ASCO's facility, the product shipped to ASCO with a return authorization number and warranted hereunder which does not conform to this Warranty. If replacement parts, components or products are shipped or caused to be shipped by ASCO prior to inspection of the product claimed to be defective, the replacement parts, components or products shall be invoiced in the full current price amount and shipped freight collect F.O.B. ASCO's ’s facility. Warranty coverage will be provided only after ASCO's ’s inspection discloses the claimed defect and shows no signs of treatment or use which would void the coverage of this Warranty. All defective products and component parts replaced under this warranty become the property of ASCO.

ASCO's facility, the product shipped to ASCO with a return authorization number and warranted hereunder which does not conform to this Warranty. If replacement parts, components or products are shipped or caused to be shipped by ASCO prior to inspection of the product claimed to be defective, the replacement parts, components or products shall be invoiced in the full current price amount and shipped freight collect F.O.B. ASCO's facility. If ASCO’s inspection determines that the returned item(s) is covered by this warranty, User will be issued a credit in an amount equal to the price previously invoiced. ASCO PQ Global products shipped by User which have incurred freight damage due to User's improper packaging of the product or carrier selection will not be covered by this Warranty and any repairs or replacement parts, components or products needed will be invoiced in the full current price amount and returned freight collect to User. Subject to the limitations specified herein, ASCO PQ Global will repair or replace, at its option, without charge for materials, subsequent to its inspection and F.O.B. ASCOManufacturer's facility, the product shipped to ASCO with a return authorization number and warranted hereunder which does not conform to this Warranty. If replacement parts, components or products are shipped or caused to be shipped by ASCO PQ Global prior to inspection of the product claimed to be defective, the replacement parts, components or products shall be invoiced in the full current price amount and shipped freight collect F.O.B. ASCOManufacturer's facility. If ASCOthe manufacturer’s inspection determines that the returned item(s) is covered by this warranty, User will be issued a credit in an amount equal to the price previously invoiced. Warranty coverage will be provided only after ASCOthe manufacturer's inspection discloses the claimed defect and shows no signs of treatment or use which would void the coverage of this Warranty. All defective products and component parts replaced under this warranty become the property of ASCOPQ Global.

ASCO products Products shipped by User to Liebert which have incurred freight damage due to User's improper packaging of the product will not be covered by this Warranty and any repairs or replacement parts, components or products needed will be invoiced in the full current price amount and returned freight collect to User. Subject to the limitations specified herein, ASCO Liebert will repair or replace, at its option, without charge for materials, subsequent to its inspection and F.O.B. ASCOLiebert's facility, the product shipped to ASCO with a return authorization number and warranted hereunder which Liebert that does not conform to this Warranty. If replacement parts, components or Replacement products are shipped or caused to be shipped by ASCO User prior to inspection User's shipment of the claimed defective product claimed to be defective, the replacement parts, components or products Liebert shall be invoiced in the full current price amount and shipped freight collect F.O.B. ASCO's facility. If ASCO’s inspection determines that should User fail to return the returned item(s) is covered by this warranty, User will be issued a credit in an amount equal claimed defective product to Liebert within thirty days of receipt of the price previously invoicedreplacement product. Warranty coverage will be provided extended only after ASCO's ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ inspection discloses the claimed defect and shows no signs of treatment or use which that would void the coverage of this Warranty. All defective products and component parts replaced under this warranty become the property of ASCOLiebert.
