Common use of Warranty for Corrected Clause in Contracts

Warranty for Corrected. Replaced or Repaired Warranted Parts Whenever any Warranted Part, which contains a defect for which the Seller is liable under Clause 12.1, has been corrected, replaced or repaired pursuant to the terms of this Clause 12.1, *****. If a defect is attributable to a defective repair or replacement by the Buyer, a Warranty Claim with respect to such defect will be rejected, notwithstanding any subsequent correction or repair, and will immediately terminate the remaining warranties under this Clause 12.1 in respect of the affected Warranted Part.
