Common use of Warranty for Corrected Clause in Contracts

Warranty for Corrected. Replaced or Repaired Warranted Parts Whenever any Warranted Part which contains a defect for which the Seller is liable under Clause 12.1 has been corrected, replaced or repaired pursuant to the terms of this Clause 12.1, the period of the Seller's warranty with respect to such corrected, replaced or repaired Warranted Part whichever may be the case, shall be the remaining portion of the original warranty.
