Warranty Length. (i) The warranties in Sections 2(a)(i) and 2(a)(iii) above will start when we begin installing the System at your Home and continue through the entire Power Purchase Agreement Term. Thus, for as long as you host the System from SolarCity under a PPA, you will have a System Warranty and our Repair Promise. (ii) The Roof Warranty Period may be shorter than the System Warranty, as described in Section 2(a)(ii) above. (iii) If you have assumed an existing PPA, or purchased the System during the Term of your PPA, then this Limited Warranty will cover you for the remaining balance of the existing PPA Term.
