The person executing this AGREEMENT on behalf of ACHD represents and warrants due authorization to do so on behalf of ACHD, and that upon execution of this AGREEMENT on behalf of ACHD, the same is binding upon, and shall enure to the benefit of, ACHD. B. The person executing this AGREEMENT on behalf of VENDOR represents and warrants due authorization to do so on behalf of VENDOR, and that upon execution of this AGREEMENT on behalf of VENDOR, the same is binding upon, and shall enure to the benefit of VENDOR.
