Common use of WARRANTY OF IMPROVEMENTS Clause in Contracts

WARRANTY OF IMPROVEMENTS. a. DEVELOPER agrees that upon Final Project Approval by the SBWRD of the extension or modification of the Public Wastewater System covered by this Agreement and in accordance with the I. C. Agreement, DEVELOPER shall remain responsible to correct all problems due to defects in material and workmanship and incorrect information on the Record Drawings during the Warranty Period as defined in the SBWRD Standards. b. Upon expiration of the Warranty Period and after acceptance of any warranty work the SBWRD shall accept full responsibility for the extension or modification of the Public Wastewater System covered by this Agreement.
