Warranty of Material Furnished by the General Manager. The General Manager does not warrant the material furnished beyond any dealer’s or manufacturer’s warranty and no credits shall be made to the Company for defective material until adjustments are received by the General Manager from the dealer, manufacturer or their respective agents.
