Common use of Warranty of Signature Clause in Contracts

Warranty of Signature. This Agreement must be signed by a representative of the Applicant that is authorized to commit the Applicant to all of the terms of this Agreement. By signing this Agreement, the person signing represents and warrants that he or she has been so authorized by the Applicant to enter into the obligations set forth in this Agreement and has read and understood this Agreement and all other Organizational Documents.
