Common use of Warranty Redemption Clause in Contracts

Warranty Redemption. Subject to Section 7.2, if a Product does not comply with the warranties in this Agreement, Supplier, in its discretion, will repair or replace the Program Product or Deliverable or re-perform the Service, without charge and in a timely manner. Subject to Section 7.2, if Supplier fails to do so, Buyer or Customer may repair or replace Deliverables or re-perform Services, and Supplier will reimburse Buyer or Customer for actual and reasonable expenses incurred by Buyer or Customer therefore, subject to the limitations set forth in Section 8.0 Delivery hereunder.
