Common use of WARRANTY START DATE Clause in Contracts

WARRANTY START DATE. Subject to the exclusions set forth at Clause 6, ▇▇▇▇▇ provides the Warranties set forth herein for the Goods commencing upon the earlier of (a) the date of commissioning of the Goods at the Customer’s property or (b) the date which is three (3) months from the date the Goods were delivered by ▇▇▇▇▇ to the first customer (“Warranty Start Date”).
