Wastewater Disposal. Disposal of wastewater from any operation associated with this Lease to state lands or water is specifically prohibited, unless otherwise approved by the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC).
Wastewater Disposal. The Contractor shall ensure that wastewater collected in the Shoreway Center’s sumps (from Solid Waste, wash-down operations, etc.) meets the standards for discharge to the Water Pollution Control Plant.
Wastewater Disposal a) Stalls located within or adjacent to permanent buildings: Stalls located within, or adjacent to, permanent buildings and which handle, prepare or ▇▇▇▇ food are required have all sinks, troughs and hand basins connected to sewer (directly or via a temporary wastewater drainage system).
b) Stalls located on grounds:
(i) Stalls located on grounds which do not have connection to sewer (directly or via a temporary wastewater drainage system) are to provide a purpose built or designed temporary holding tank(s) f a capacity sufficient to store drainage water for a full day’s operations of the stall minimum.
(ii) Stall owners are required to ensure that all holding tanks are emptied by a licensed wastewater operator at such intervals so as to ensure that tank(s) do not overflow.
(iii) Stall owners and operators must not discharge waste water onto the grounds or down any stormwater drain, pit or connection at any time.
Wastewater Disposal a. Unless authorized by NPDES or state permit, disposal of wastewater into freshwater bodies, including Class III, IV, VI, and VIII wetlands, is prohibited.
b. Surface discharge of reserve pit fluids will be prohibited unless authorized by ADEC permit and approved by DL.
c. Disposal of produced waters in upland areas, including wetlands, will be by subsurface disposal techniques. ADEC may permit alternate disposal methods if the lessee demonstrates that subsurface disposal is not feasible or prudent.
d. Discharge of produced waters into open or ice-covered marine waters of less than 10 meters (33 feet) in depth is prohibited. The commissioner, ADEC may approve discharges into waters greater than 10 meters in depth based on a case-by-case review of environmental factors and consistency with the conditions of a state certified development and production phase NPDES permit issued for the sale area.
Wastewater Disposal. Grey or black wastewater must be disposed of at any designated dumping station or into any sewer on the Property. Otherwise, all wastewater must be held in each Camper’s holding tank. All handling of grey or black wastewater on the Property must be in strict compliance with State of Indiana Campground Regulations and the requirements of the Ripley County Health Department. Improper discharge of wastewater shall be grounds for immediate termination of camping privileges.
Wastewater Disposal. The building management provides a facility for processing waste from toilets and dishwashers, which will then be distributed to a shelter provided by the local government.
Wastewater Disposal. The wastewater collected in the SRDC’s sumps (from Municipal Solid Waste, wash-down operations, etc.) does not meet the standards for discharge to the Water Pollution Control Plant. Contractor shall be responsible for periodic pumping of collected wastewater by a pumping truck, its transport offsite and proper disposal in accordance with applicable regulations. The Contractor shall be responsible for the cost of pumping, transport and disposal.

Wastewater Disposal. Many properties in Hawaii have individual cesspools and/or septic systems as the method of wastewater disposal. The State of Hawaii, Department of Health and the County of Hawaii may require upgrades from cesspools to septic tanks or connection of new systems in certain situations. New regulations require septic or sewage treatment systems in most new homes. Buyer should contact the State of Hawaii, Department of Health, for information about requirements related to waste disposal for any property.
