Water Depth at Big Bend Terminal Sample Clauses

The 'Water Depth at Big Bend Terminal' clause defines the minimum or required water depth that must be maintained at the Big Bend Terminal for vessels to safely dock, load, or unload cargo. This clause typically specifies the exact depth measurement, the location where it is to be measured (such as alongside the berth or at the approach channel), and may outline responsibilities for monitoring or maintaining this depth, such as through dredging or regular surveys. Its core practical function is to ensure navigational safety and operational efficiency by preventing vessel grounding and minimizing delays due to insufficient water depth.
